1. She's not korean or japanese, she's from hongkong
2. She's a superb dancer
i wish all my nights were like the one i had today.
watching theatre performances (albeit the fact that it was in school) with a tiny crowd and getting up close and personal with the performers. i've got phoebe to thank for convincing me to go; i nearly almost didn't and thinking about it now, i'd be damned if i didn't go. i loved the pole-dancing part. i felt exactly like the title said; i was "bound by lust" (nyahahaha!) in the sensual way. she was stunning, although my attention was divided for i was half watching her boyfriend's facial expressions and wondering whether he was feeling sensual too or if he was not so happy about what she was doing, and her moving her body to the music and playing with her hair in that naughty manner. hmmm. i didn't think she'd recognize me but after the play and her taking pictures with her close friends, she came over and took a picture with me. i'm a fan of hers already.

here's one thing i bet you guys didn't know.
i've always been a fan of theatre arts, music and dance. back to my days with jocelyn during the few performances i've been to, i honestly tried my best to understand and interpret the works. i hope one day i'd be able to be a good critic. oh and i want to go to broadway (:

Til I learned I could be more than this
And you know, in a way I owe it all to you
I thought losing your love was a blow I could never withstand
Look how far I have come without anyone holding my hand
I had to find my way
The day you broke my heart
You handed me the chance
To make a brand new start
You helped me find my way
Happy Thanksgiving.
on a random note,
my bed's pretty big and there's only me sleeping on it, maybe i should downgrade to a single. yeah a single, for the single happy kid.
its thanksgiving, turkey tonight!

I just witnessed mom trying to use the telephone to change the channel on the teevee. She tried to act unnoticed but my sister and I burst out laughing before she could get away with it. My mommy's growing old.

things to remember : do NOT bring wallet or money to school on thursday! remind nicole not to do the same and persuade her NOT to buy breakfast at Jollibee for the both of us.
it has come to a point where we spent more than 10 bucks each on breakfast and snacks every tuesday & thursday. THIS HAS TO STOP. no more foods allowed.

But I sure know how one breaks
Remember how I used to hold you
To share every breath that you'd take
How can I forget
Your every tear that I cry
I know you're coming back
You never kissed me goodbye
I'm a sucker when it comes to love songs. Maybe Someday by Bon Jovi's on repeat mode right now. The type of love song that's sad yet I can lie in the dark and smile to myself the whole period of time that it's playing. Its been love songs for the past three days now... gets me all dream-eyed. heeeeeee.
-
I've got lots of research to do.
gosh i feel like such a geek, can't help smiling to myself!
i will make this happen.
(now where can i go to look for a job.....)
i'm happy :D
new songs to add to my collection of love songs :D
lol.
i just realized how overwhelming it can turn out for me when my visitors arrive. i mean, i haven't been around people for so long it would seem like i've lived in a cave for a year! i'm quite nervous on how to act when the time comes actually. gosh this is weird. i'm excited nonetheless! like really really really excited! (and nervous).

And so I saw the counselor today to plan my classes for the next few YEARS. Get this, in order for me to transfer to Berkeley and do my Psychology major, I have 3 more years to go here in community college. Great huh? All thanks to the endless amount of prerequisites that I have to take in order to sign up for my transferrable classes which will get me to Berkeley. With that said, I have a total of 8-9 years to go (depending on whether there's a 5-year straight MBA course I can take) before I graduate. I don't even want to think about the additional number of years I have to spend to get the other degree that I'm planning to work on.
But anyway, (digress) life is good.
Here's a few stuff I picked up from Human Development class today; we were on the topic of love and relationships in the early adulthood stage and I managed to catch a few lines from the lecture amidst the noise that Nicole and I were creating at the last row of the lecture class.
"If you expect another person to make you happy, you will be endlessly disappointed." - Scott Peck author of The Road Less Travelled.
Hmmm. Something you guys might want to take note of.
I'm off to be a nerd (so that I can become a psychiatrist by the time I'm 30....)
